Thorold is Canada’s flag capital again

Well it’s official and congratulations are in order.

For the second year in a row, Thorold has won the title of Canada’s most patriotic city. That means they flew more flags per capita, than any other municipality in the country. The final flag count is 8,346. That’s 22-hundred more flags flying than last year.
