Third Toronto man charged in death of American tourist

Toronto police have arrested a third man wanted in the beating death of an American tourist outside a Toronto bar.
Andrew O’Brien, 28, was accompanied by his lawyer when he turned himself in to police Monday night.
O’Brien is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 26-year-old Julian Jones.
Toronto police say Jones was separated from his group as they left the Blnd Tger restaurant in the early hours of November 5, when he was beaten until he was in an unconscious state on the ground.
Two other Toronto men, Kenneth Omorogbe, 25, and Kamani Folkes, 24, are also facing second-degree murder charges.
O’Brien is due in a Toronto courtroom Tuesday morning.
