A third COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre.
The latest outbreak was declared after a patient on the F5 medicine unit tested positive.
The unit is closed for new admissions and no visitors will be allowed except on compassionate grounds.
Staff on the unit won’t work anywhere else until the outbreak is over.
Last week, outbreaks were declared on the E3 and B3 units. Nine patients and eight staff members have been linked to the outbreaks at the hospital.
