Niagara police have arrested a third person in the death of 28-year old Michael Motz. 19-year old Shaun Hillier is facing second degree murder charges.

45-year old Anita Kooger and 21-year old Ulysses Alligood are also facing second degree murder charges.

Motz died after he was found lying on the street outside a home on Cosby St. in St. Catharines. Witnesses say he was thrown out of a van and left for dead.
