Thief caught on camera stealing lottery tickets in Fergus

Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who was caught on camera stealing lottery tickets from a convenience store in Fergus, Ont.
Police were called to Circle K variety store on St. David St. North on December 18 for reports of a shoplifter.
A man had swiped two scratch lottery tickets from the counter when the clerk turned her back to the suspect. The video appears to show the man put the tickets in his pocket before exiting the store.
Anyone with information that could help identify the suspect is asked to contact police or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
