While cyclists braved the mud for the Paris to Ancaster 60k bike race, riders who who wanted to stay a little dryer indoors today had an option as well.

A two hour spin class took place at the Flamborough YMCA in Waterdown this morning. It’s a preparation class for next Saturday’s 6 hour spin-a-thon
, for the YMCA Strong Kids campaign.

All the money raised will help support children, youth and families who are unable to afford the full cost of participating in YMCA programs.
