The search for the unmarked graves of indigenous students started last fall with survivors glad that their cries for help are finally being heard.

The snow and ice that surrounded the former Mohawk Institute Residential School in Brantford have melted away, welcoming back investigators to continue the search for unmarked graves on the massive plot of land.
