Toronto is again about to be transformed into Hollywood North.

The Toronto International Film Festival kicks off tomorrow. Today crews were busy rolling out the red carpet while fans waited in long lines to get tickets to some of the star studded films. Melissa Raftis has more from Toronto as TIFF heads into its 37th year.
