Hamilton’s James Street North is in the middle of a renaissance period where new and old worlds are crossing paths, and the transition is not entirely smooth.

While merchants, artists, and residents on the street are all glad to see new life and activity in the area, there’s some disagreement on which activities, should dominate. Scot Urquhart ventured down James to explore the new landscape, and discovered the place, where two worlds collide.
