A tenth arrest has been made in Windsor, in a province-wide crackdown on gangs, guns, and drugs, known as “Project Traveller”.

Windsor Police arrested a 27-year old man on Saturday in the 300 block of Ouellette Avenue, after officers discovered he had an outstanding arrest warrant related to the project.

The man’s name has not yet been released, but he has been sent to Toronto to appear in court.

Meanwhile, Toronto police have named 35 of the 44 people arrested and say they are facing over 200 charges following last week’s raids.

Project Traveller investigated the Dixon City Bloods, Toronto gang with tentacles that stretched across Canada and the U.S. Investigators say the alleged crimes involved violence, gun importation, and drug trafficking across Toronto and surrounding regions and into Alberta. Monday, police released a list of the accused that includes people from Toronto, Windsor, Edmonton, Mississauga, Woodbridge and Detroit. Police are still looking for 10 more suspects.
