Teen injured in Christmas morning hit-and-run in East Hamilton

In East Hamilton, a hit-and-run on Christmas could have been tragic for one family, as their son was hit by a car and the driver did not stop.

The boy’s mother is urging the driver to come forward. Sixteen-year-old Lucas Henry has just started breathing on his own after being hit by a car early Christmas morning. Stephanie says Lucas was at his girlfriend’s home on Christmas Eve and was making his way back to his place when he was struck by a car while crossing Main Street at Crosthwaite Avenue. Police were in the area canvassing for video surveillance.

Police believe it was a black sedan that hit Lucas.
