Teen charged in serious crash on 403 near Burlington

One person is in serious condition and three were injured after a car they were in rolled over on Highway 403 near Burlington Saturday morning.

One person was taken to hospital with critical injuries after police say he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car. Three other people were trapped inside the car and had to be extricated.

The driver of the Honda Civic, a man from Milton, faces dangerous driving charges. Muhammad Siddiqui, 18, has been charged with three counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.

Police say speed was a factor in the rollover.
