The Niagara high school teacher charged with a number of sexual offences is out on bail with strict conditions.

31-year-old Michael Molnar of Pelham was arrested yesterday following a three month investigation. He is charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference, sexual exploitation and invitation to sexual touching.

“We were able to identify two victims, two female victims both under the age of 18 years of age.” Phil Gavin from the Niagara Regional police.

One of the girls was a student at A.N Myer secondary school in Niagara Falls where Molnar taught from 2013. Molnar was suspended with pay on December 18th, that’s when an official complaint was filed.

Police say the second girl was a student at Sir Winston Churchill secondary school in St.Catharines. Molnar taught there between 2009 to 2013. Police allege the attacks happened during school hours as well as after school.
