TDL fraud case

A Stoney Creek woman accused of scamming almost $3 million when she was a fleet administrator for Tim Hortons had a first court appearance in Milton Tuesday.

Maria Faiazza didn’t show up herself, but a representative from her lawyer’s office was there to get a new court date, set now for January 31st.

Halton police say the company, TDL group, found irregularities in the sale of formerly leased vehicles spanning back to 2005.
