TD Tree Days
Hamiltonians embraced their green thumbs this morning as they planted trees at Churchill Park for TD Tree Days.
Since 2010, more than 285,000 trees have been planted across the country as part of Tree Days, 2500 alone at Churchill Park in Hamilton.
This morning, 80 volunteers put another 350 trees and shrubs in the ground, which experts say will do a lot to help the area’s sensitive ecosystem.
