Taxi driver robbed in Hamilton

Hamilton Police are looking for two suspects after a taxi driver was robbed early Wednesday morning. The driver took them from the downtown neighbourhood of Elgin and Robert Streets to Quigley and Albright in east Hamilton.

When they got there, one of the fares wrapped the driver’s seat belt around his neck, and punched him in the head before trying to take money from his pocket. Both suspects then ran off.
