A man was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries after he was shot in the leg.

Police were called to the area of Keith & Cheever Sts. late Tuesday morning for what they say is a targeted shooting.

Police blocked off the area around 70 Keith St., but wouldn’t release any more details about where the shooting happened.

There is no suspect description at this time.
