Suspected coke kingpin taken down

More arrests have been made in connection to the biggest drug bust in Niagara’s history.

You may remember when $30 million of cocaine was seized from a St Catharines warehouse in February. This morning Niagara police arrested a man they’re calling a major drug kingpin. Nick Nero is one of six people now facing charges. Lauran Sabourin reports this is all part of a joint forces operation known as “project ink” – a 14-month long investigation involving 150 police officers.
