Summer-like temperatures continue this weekend across the region

Summer-like temperatures across Southern Ontario will continue this weekend then it’s back to reality. Humidex values will be in the thirties with Montreal and Southern Quebec feeling a heat wave.

Daytime high records will come close to being broken in many parts of the region today. Hamilton’s record is a high of 29 degrees celsius in 1991.

Good news so far, the May long weekend will be sunny and a few degrees above average but it’s still a ways away and that can change.
