On March 4th many people watched anxiously as police talked to a woman in distress on a Hamilton overpass. Eventually, the police were able to rescue her. While it’s a subject CHCH News doesn’t often report on. CHCH News decided to show what happened and what training is available for ordinary citizens who want to be ready in case they need to help speak to a person in crisis.
