Stronger strain of C-diff in St Kitts General

The C-difficile outbreak at St Catharines General Hospital is a stronger strain than originally thought.

The NAP1 strain is known to spread faster — and is deadlier than other forms of the superbug.
But as Kate Carnegie reports, only a small percent of people who are prone to c-diff– will actually get it.
