Stratford teen in hospital after being attacked at party: OPP

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating after a teen was attacked at a party on Thanksgiving Day in Perth County.

Officers responded to reports of a violent altercation around 1:14 a.m. on Monday in the village of Fullarton.

Police say a 19-year-old Stratford resident was assaulted by four or five individuals while at a party.

The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle and were last seen travelling westbound on Perth Line 20.

The teen was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are trying to identify those involved in the assault.
