Stolen credit cards used in Hamilton linked to Smithville break ins

Niagara police are hoping the public can help identify a man accused of using stolen credit cards at businesses in Hamilton.
On Tuesday, police received multiple reports of thefts from parked vehicles throughout Smithville.
Investigators determined three suspects entered at least 11 vehicles in the township and stole property from inside.
Police believe the trio was also responsible for stealing a gold 2010 Ford Taurus four-door with licence plate BWBY461 and a red 2013 Hyundai Veloster with licence plate CMKN134.
Officers canvassed the area and obtained images of the suspects and a white SUV they were allegedly using the night of the thefts.
Investigators learned some of the credit cards that were stolen from the vehicles were used at stores in Hamilton. Police released an image of a man accused of using one of the cards. He can be seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and carrying a satchel with a yellow shoulder strap.
Detectives are asking residents from Niagara Region and Hamilton who can help identify the suspects and suspect vehicle to contact police at 905-688-4111, ext. 1009263.
