Steelhawks drop third road game

It was the beginning of a new local hockey rivalry.

The Dundas Real McCoys playing the expansion Hamilton Steelhawks.

Chris Hulit will shoot the McCoys into the early lead. Jordan Foreman would make it 2-0, but the Steelhawks respond. Joel Petkoff with the first of his three goals.

Petkoff had a 5 point game. Hulit had 3 goals for the McCoys, who would win it 7-5.

The teams have a rematch Saturday night at the Dave Andreychuk Arena, the Steelhawks home opener.
