Star power in two TIFF premieres

Benicio del Toro and Josh Hutcherson were at the premiere to ‘Escobar: Paradise Lost’ tonight. In the movie, Hutcherson plays a Canadian who travels down to Columbia and who gets mixed up in the world of drug czar Pablo Escobar, played by del Toro.

Also tonight was the premiere of ‘Pawn Sacrifice’ which chronicles the lead up and event that was the 1972 World Chess Championship with American Bobby Fischer, played by Tobey Maguire, and Russian Boris Spassky, played by Liev Schreiber.

Sean Leathong wrapped up his TIFF coverage for the 11pm news with comments from all these stars on the red carpet.  Melissa Raftis will have a final TIFF report Friday on the Evening News at 6.
