Stabbing in Hamilton

Hamilton police were called to a disturbance this morning only to find that one man had been stabbed. It happened around 3 a.m on Cannon Street at the corner of Chestnut Avenue. Police say two adult brothers who live together in the home got into a fight and one brother stabbed the other. The injured man with stab wounds is expected to recover. The other brother took off. Police found him shortly after and he has been arrested for aggravated assault. Officers say alcohol was a factor.
