Stabbing in downtown Hamilton

Detectives with the Hamilton Police are currently investigating a stabbing near Wilson Street and Wentworth Street.

Police say that around 8:30 last night there was an altercation between two men near Century Street and Ashley Street. One man was taken to hospital in serious condition after suffering stab wounds. The other was taken into custody.
