Stabbing at Hamilton School

An update about a stabbing at a Hamilton Elementary School.

Hamilton Police have now made an arrest after a stabbing sent one man to hospital.

On Friday night a group of men were playing basketball on the court behind Dr. Edgar Davey Elementary School on Ferguson Street North.

There was a fight around 11pm and one of the players, who is in his 30’s, was stabbed in the chest and leg.

He was taken to hospital but is expected to be ok.
