St Kitts puck prospect gets DUI penalty
A Detroit Red Wings prospect from St Catharines is facing drunk driving charges.
When police in Grand Rapids, Michigan stopped Riley Sheahan, 20, in late October, they found him dressed in a purple Teletubbie costume and with a blood alcohol level of 0.3 percent – enough to be slapped with the state’s so-called “super drunk” charge. It carries a penalty of 180 days in jail and possible deportation.
Sheahan’s next court hearing is on December 13th.
