A 3-year-old St. Catharines girl suffered serious head injuries Monday afternoon after falling out a window.

The toddler fell over four metres from her window before striking the concrete ground.

It happened at a house on Sherman Avenue in the city’s north end just after 1 p.m.

The child was rushed to hospital.
