Niagara police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for a St. Catharines man who police say illegally left the province with his two daughters.

Clayton Misener, 46, is wanted for disobey order the court and abduction in contravention of custody.

Back in August, police launched an investigation in relation to a custody dispute.

On Aug. 20, police allege Misener illegally left the province with his two daughters, Paige and Alexandra.

Police believe the girls are in the company of their father and are not in danger.

Investigators say Misener may be operating a grey Toyota Corolla with Ontario licence plate number CSWH 819.

The trio may be in the Nova Scotia area, according to police.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact Niagara police at 905-688-4111, ext. 1009964.
