St. Catharines man in life-threatening condition after shooting
A man is in the Hamilton trauma centre with serious injuries after being shot in St. Catharines last night.
Niagara regional police were called to a shooting on Niagara street at 7 p.m.
EMS transported the man to a local hospital before he had to be airlifted out of town with life-threatening injuries.
This is the second shooting in three days in the area of Church and Niagara.
This past Sunday, an 18-year-old man was taken to hospital with minor injuries. Police believe the shooting was targeted and are looking for a suspect.
