St. Bernadette’s School raises $700 for men’s cancers

More than $700 has been raised for Hamilton’s Out of the Cold charity, as well as the Movember campaign at Dundas Elementary School.

While kids chanted ‘shave it, shave it’, five teachers got their heads shaved in front of a gymnasium full of students at St. Bernadette’s School in Dundas to raise money and awareness for men’s cancers.

Lucas Caravaggio, the President of the student council, spearheaded the event and took to the stage to get his long locks sheared off as well.
