This afternoon, kids who can’t go out for halloween were still able to take part in the festivities, thanks to staff and volunteers at McMaster Children’s Hospital.

The kids went trick or treating around the hospital in full costumes. The people taking part say the event is special.

The event has been taking place for more than 15 years.
