Sound of Music line up announced

Sloan, Trooper and Classified will join the Sheepdogs and Monster Truck at this year’s Sound of Music Festival in Burlington next month.

The announcement was made earlier today at the Burlington Hive. Other performers include Jarvis Church, Ashley MacIsaac, and Fred Penner. More than 200 thousand people are expected to take in Canada’s largest free music festival. This year’s festival will feature over a hundred different acts across 10 stages.

Dave Miller is the Executive Director of the Sound of Music Festival:  “It’s about variety, that’s the key. You come down and you can bring your whole family. You can split up one person goes to this stage, one goes to the other to see Trooper, you got Classified, we got Monster Truck, Sheepdogs.”
