Some Norfolk County councillors describe work as a toxic environment

Bullying, intimidation and disrespect are among the issues some Norfolk County councillors say they face while trying to do their job.

In a bombshell council meeting this week, some councillors expressed feeling stifled and dreading going to work alleging the mayor is the one creating the toxic environment.
