Snow clean up moves to side streets

Snow plows are still cleaning up after this weekend’s snowstorm. Many major highways were cleared yesterday, but plows are still working on side-streets and parking lots today.

Hamilton International Airport recorded around 18 centimetres of snow on Saturday; Burlington was hit even harder, with 30 centimetres in some parts of that city.

The OPP say at one point on Saturday, they were responding to one collision a minute.
