Small blaze at Glanbrook home

A small fire broke out at a home in Glanbrook this morning.

Crews were called to the house on Rosebury Way around 10:15 a.m. after reports of a fire in the garage. The homeowners were cooking in the garage when the fire broke out, but they were able to put it out themselves and prevent it from spreading into the home.

One woman suffered burns and was treated in hospital. Damage is pegged at around $15,000.
