Hamilton teens prepare for live performance at ‘Shakespearience’ summer camp

A group of teens from Hamilton are taking part in a unique workshop this month that culminates with a live performance of Shakespeare.

The four-week camp has the young actors rehearsing some of Shakespeare’s greatest works.

Marvin Karon started Shakesperience in Toronto 24 years ago, and it’s been in Hamilton since 2018. Thanks to the support of the Hamilton Community Foundation the camp is free for these kids.

The final performance will be at the Dundas Little Theatre on July 28th.
