Sex assault charges laid in Oakville

A former tae-kwon-do instructor in Oakville has been charged with sexually assaulting a 12 year-old boy.

Police say the incident happened back in 2002 at Morningstar tae-kwon-do studio on Speers Road, where 35-year-old Konstantinos Danny Liakos was a part-time instructor.

The boy was a student.

Liakos hasn’t taught there since 2002.

Other victims are encouraged to call police.
