Senior tenants struggle with out-of-service elevator

Residents with mobility issues at an apartment building in Niagara Falls say they feel trapped in their units because the only elevator in the building will be out of service for weeks.

Some seniors have to climb up 8 floors to get to their apartments. Many say the company that owns the building is providing little information and help to those in need.
