Second teen arrested in deadly weekend parking lot fight: Hamilton Police

Hamilton Police have made a second arrest in a deadly fight on the mountain this weekend.
Ali Mohummad, 19, was fatally stabbed in a fight that happened Limeridge Rd. and Kendale Court early Sunday morning.
Police say it was a confrontation between 10 young men from Peel and 20-30 young men from Hamilton.
They haven’t said what the fight was about but characterized it as a “minor dispute.”
On Tuesday, a 17-year-old male from Mount Hope was arrested.
Officers executed a search warrant at his home.
Police say a vehicle believed to have been used to flee the fight was seized.
The teen is expected to appear in court Wednesday.
He’s facing charges of second-degree murder, aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
Another 17-year-old male has also been charged with second-degree murder.
Police say they’re still working to identify people involved in the incident.
