The second of three suspects wanted in connection with a vicious attack on a man with autism has turned himself into police.

Ronjot Singh Dhami, 25, was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for aggravated assault.

Police allege Dhami was one of three men involved in an assault on March 13.

In security video released by police, the victim can be seen sitting on the stairs of the lower level of the bus terminal putting on roller blades. A trio of men surround the victim and begin to punch and kick him repeatedly. The suspects then fled the area.

Last week, Dhami’s lawyer said his client would turn himself but maintained he was innocent.

A Canada-wide warrant was also issued for 21-year-old Parmvir ‘Parm’ Singh Chahil after investigators said they received “overwhelming tips from the community.”

On Friday, Peel police with the assistance of the Windsor Police Service arrested Chahil without incident. He has been charged with one count of aggravated assault.

A 44-year-old woman and 18-year-old man were also arrested on Friday and charged with accessory after the fact.

Investigators have not yet identified a third suspect being sought by police in connection with the attack.
