Second charity-built apartment opens up in Hamilton

A second charity-built apartment building on Parkdale avenue in north Hamilton has just opened for low-income residents, including one man who had been living in his car. Kenneth Fitzsimmons now has a home for Christmas, as well as a place to nourish his indigenous heritage. Lisa Hepfner reports.
