Scorching blast of heat hits southern Ontario

A soaking wet May ended today with a scorching blast of summer-like weather.

Most of southern Ontario was under some kind of heat or humidex advisory. As Melissa Raftis tells us, the heat had many people looking for ways to stay cool.
