School closures and cancellations for Friday, February 25, 2022

Another heavy snowfall has blanketed the Golden Horseshoe Area and prompted some closures and cancellations across the region.

Here is a list of what has been impacted by the inclement weather.

Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board: All schools, child care and e-learning are cancelled for today. Administrative buildings are closed and transportation is not running.

Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board: All schools are open today. However, school transportation is cancelled.

Calvin Christian School: Both Caledonia and Hamilton campuses are closed today.

YMCA Child Care Centres: The following child care centres located within Hamilton schools are closed: Chedoke, Queen Victoria, Spring Valley and Sir William Osler. All other centres throughout Hamilton, Burlington and Brantford remain open.
