UPDATE: School bus crash sends three children to hospital with minor injuries

A crash involving a pickup truck and a school bus has left 3 children injured in East Hamilton.

The crash took place at Cannon and Balmoral. Three children was taken to hospital as a precaution, one with whiplash injuries. The others were assessed on scene and are okay.

The bus was heading to Dofasco Park for a day trip from Holy Name of Jesus.

An eyewitness says they saw a white pickup going south on Balmoral, didn’t see the bus and clipped its front end in the intersection.
