Scarborough schools lift lockdown

Toronto police say one suspect has been arrested, and another is still missing after two men, believed to be armed, were spotted in the city’s east end.

The sighting prompted two schools in the area to go into a hold and secure mode.

That has since been lifted.

So far, police have not found a weapon.
