Saskatchewan school shooting

The 17 year old suspect in Friday’s deadly mass shooting in La Loche, Saskatchewan was due in Meadow Lake Provincial court today. He’s charged with four counts of first-degree murder, seven of attempted murder and one of unauthorized possession of a firearm.

Yesterday was a day of prayer in the remote indigenous community, where about 250 people gathered at a local church. They are remembering the victims, two members of the teaching staff, 21 year old Maire Janvier and Adam Wood.
