Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa will be making his way through a number of cities this weekend for their annual Santa Claus parades.
In Hamilton, the parade will kick off at Queen and Main Streets at 2 pm. This year’s parade features a total of 99 floats, 15 more than last year. Organizer Caroline Ferguson says the event is great way for people to come together as a community.
“It’s definitely a community event. We love the fact that Hamiltonians get together and come together for a beautiful day and everyone joins in, and it’s not just a commercial event, it is about the communities.”
The parade is expected to last around an hour and a half, and kids can bring their letters for Santa.
Other Santa Claus parades this weekend:
Saturday: Oakville, Niagara Falls, Georgetown, Brampton, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo and Woodstock.
Sunday: Toronto, Fort Erie, Milton and Guelph.
